How do I send my photo to you?

Once you select your crystal size and add it to the cart, you will be prompted to upload your photo directly on the product page or checkout page. You can also send it to us at 17769479070@163.com with your order number in the subject line.

What kind of photos work best for 3D crystal engraving?

Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting work best. Avoid blurry, overexposed or low-light images. Group photos with multiple people work better when everyone’s face is clearly visible.

Can I include text on my crystal?

Yes! You can add names, dates, quotes or special messages to your crystal during the order process, or note them in the ‘Special Instructions’ section at checkout.

How long will my crystal keep its engraving?

With proper care, your 3D crystal engraving will stay bright and clear for decades. The crystal itself is durable and scratch-resistant.

How do I clean my crystal?

Simply wipe it gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the crystal surface.

What if my crystal arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your crystal arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at 17769479070@163.com within 7 days with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it for you.

Do I need to add a Light Base to my 3D Crystal?

Depending on where you’ll place the crystal, it may be hard to see the design since the crystal is transparent and the etching is entirely white. So we advise buying the Light Base along with the crystal. It lights up the engraving and makes it much easier to see the image. We always say that it gives life to the crystal.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The production time is 1-2 business days. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you select. You can see the options on our website upon checkout.

Can I see a proof before ordering?

We do not offer proofs for individual orders. Since our designers do their best to match the 3D engraving to the submitted image, your photo serves as proof. If you really must see a proof, please specify in the ‘Special Instructions’ section. Do keep in mind that if a proof is asked for, the production period becomes prolonged.

If you are not happy with the proof and would like to swap out the image, there would be an extra $30 charge to swap out the original image. Please be sure to specify any instructions you have to the designers in the "Special Instructions" section upon placing an order.

If the customer does not write in the Special Instructions Section, the designers have free will to move around the image and text, to allow for the best possible outcome of the crystal.

Will the background of my photo show up on the crystal?

You can see the option to keep the background on the product page. Keep in mind that we can only add the background in 2D.

Do I need to get a specific crystal size for different numbers of figures in the picture?
Yes. You can see the recommended number of figures in the size selection section on the products page. If the picture you upload has more figures than the recommended, we’ll proceed with the design in 2D, and each figure will look tiny on the engraving.
